RETURNS AND RECESSIONS
Our policy for returns and recessions is as follows.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send Carlomagno Laboratori a notice to that effect, within the terms indicated, to the following email address customercare@carlomagnolaboatori.it or through the following procedure:

il customer care verificherà la richiesta e avvierà la procedura di reso;
il cliente riceve la notifica via mail dal customer che indica : l’approvazione del reso contenente il numero identificativo (RMA ID), le indicazioni per la spedizione del pacco e le istruzioni per accedere all’area riservata e scaricare un documento da stampare e allegare al pacco.
In case of withdrawal, the Customer must re-send the products to Carlomagno Laboratori within 14 (fourteen) days from the withdrawal itself, to the following address:

Goods must be returned undamaged, complete with all parts and in their original packaging (envelopes and packages) in accordance with the conditions below:
il diritto di recesso potrà applicarsi al prodotto acquistato nella sua interezza; non è infatti possibile esercitare recesso solamente su parte del prodotto acquistato;
perché il recesso sia possibile, il prodotto dovrà essere integro e restituito nella confezione originale, completa in tutte le sue parti (compresi imballo ed eventuale documentazione e dotazione accessoria: etichette, sigilli, ecc…);
le spese di spedizione (ed eventuali spese doganali, se presenti) sono gratuite e il customer care invierà tutte le istruzioni necessarie al Cliente;
la spedizione, fino all’attestato di avvenuto ricevimento nel magazzino indicato da Carlomagno Laboratori, è sotto la completa responsabilità del cliente;
in caso di danneggiamento del bene durante il trasporto, Carlomagno Laboratori ne darà comunicazione al Cliente, per consentirgli di sporgere tempestivamente denuncia nei confronti del corriere da lui scelto ed ottenere il relativo rimborso; il prodotto sarà quindi messo a disposizione del Cliente, contemporaneamente annullando la richiesta di recesso;
Carlomagno Laboratori non risponderà in nessun modo per danneggiamento, furto, smarrimento occorsi durante o comunque in dipendenza della spedizione per la restituzione.
Carlomagno Laboratori will refund the Customer the full amount already paid, within 14 (fourteen) days from the withdrawal, by means of a reversal procedure of the amount charged, using the same means of payment used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed. In any case, the Customer will not incur any costs as a consequence of said refund. If the purchase was made using a discount code, the amount of the discount will not be refunded. The refund will relate only to the amount actually spent. In addition, Carlomagno Laboratori may suspend the refund until receipt of the returned product or until the Customer demonstrates that he has properly returned the product, whichever is earlier.
In any case, the Customer will forfeit the right of withdrawal in cases where Carlomagno Laboratori determines that:
il prodotto restituito e/o i suoi accessori, e/o la sua confezione non sono integri;
il prodotto è mancante della sua confezione esterna e/o dell’imballo interno originale;
il prodotto è mancante di elementi integranti lo stesso e/o accessori.
In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Carlomagno Laboratori will return to sender the product purchased, charging the same shipping costs and, where already refunded, the price of the product.

l’utente esegue l’accesso con User e Password;
l’utente all’interno dell’area riservata trova la “i miei ordini”;
all’interno dell’area “i miei ordini”, l’utente potrà selezionare gli ordini conformi alla tempistica delle policy di diritto di reso (entro 14gg dalla ricezione);
l’utente seleziona i prodotti che vuole rendere in relazione a quell’ordine, indicando le quantità e le motivazioni del reso con la scelta di un menù dropdown;
la richiesta di reso viene ricevuta dal customer care che la verifica e la approva;
il cliente riceve la notifica via mail dal customer che indica l’approvazione del reso contenente il numero identificativo (RMA ID), le indicazioni per la spedizione del pacco e le istruzioni per accedere all’area riservata e scaricare un documento da stampare e allegare al pacco.

- user must log in by entering the 'User and Password;
- the user within the restricted area finds the "my orders";
- within the area "my orders", the user will be able to select orders that comply with the timing of the right of return policy (within 14 days of receipt);
- the user selects the products they want to return in relation to that order, indicating the quantities and reasons for return with a dropdown menu choice;
- the return request is received by customer care who verifies and approves it;
- the customer receives email notification from the customer indicating approval of the return containing the return identification number (RMA ID), directions for shipping the package, and instructions for accessing the restricted area and downloading a document to print and attach to the package.
